摘  要:为了提高苯并[a]芘的去除率,降低其环境危害,构建苯并[a]芘微生物复合降解菌群。分别对各单一菌株YH-4、YH-6、Da-6进行驯化培养。通过响应面实验及各菌株的降解能力分析,得到菌株最佳复合配比;采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法检测分析苯并[a]芘浓度变化,验证该复合菌群对苯并[a]芘降解效果。结果表明:经驯化培养后,单一菌株YH-4、YH-6、Da-6对苯并[a]芘的耐受质量浓度达40 mg/L,对苯并[a]芘的降解率分别为46.78%、47.21%、50.17%。以最佳复合接种量1.4%、1.4%、1.8%构建成的复合菌群,对苯并[a]芘降解率达71.23%,较单一菌株降解率均有所提高,说明复合菌群的降解效果明显优于单一菌株。苯并[a]芘的复合微生物降解菌群构建对微生物法去除环境中各类多环芳烃具有借鉴意义。In order to improve the removal rate of benzo[a]pyrene and reduce its environmental harm,a composite microbial community for benzo[a]pyrene degradation was constructed.Single strains YH-4,YH-6,Da-6 were domesticated and cultured respectively,and the optimal compound ratio of strains was obtained by response surface test and degradation ability analysis of each strain;the concentration change of benzo[a]pyrene was detected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the degradation effect of the multiple microorganisms on benzo[a]pyrene was verified.The results show that the tolerance concentration of single strain YH-4,YH-6,Da-6 to benzo[a]pyrene reached 40 mg/L,and the degradation rates of benzo[a]pyrene were 46.78%,47.21%and 50.17%,respectively.The degradation rate of benzo[a]pyrene was 71.23%with the best inoculation amount of 1.4%,1.4%and 1.8%,which was higher than that of single strain,indicating that the degradation effect of multiple microorganisms is better than that of single strain.The construction of complex microbial community for benzo[a]pyrene degradation is of great significance for the removal of PAHs in the environment by microbial method.
