摘 要:本文分析了过共晶铝硅合金的成分和显微组织特征,研究了过共晶铝硅合金变质机理,发现过共晶铝硅合金主要通过异质核心变质机制和吸附毒化变质机制添加变质剂进行变质细化,另外电磁搅拌、熔体预处理、快速凝固和超声波等方法也能进行变质细化,这样的细化处理能够显著提高过共晶铝硅合金的机械力学性能和化学耐蚀性能。In this paper,the composition and microstructure characteristics of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy are analyzed,and the modification mechanism of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy is studied.It is found that the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy is mainly modified by the heterogeneous core modification mechanism and the adsorption poisoning modification mechanism.In addition,methods such as electromagnetic stirring,melt pretreatment,rapid solidification and ultrasonic can also be used for modification refinement,which can significantly improve the mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy.
