摘  要:为解决当前光纤光栅索力传感器大多只适用于未进行张拉施工的索结构工程,且针对既有拉索的监测存在灵敏度不够的问题,该文研发一款超高灵敏度工程化光纤光栅索力传感器。该光纤光栅传感器采用GFRP封装,通过改变结构分布即GFRP直径实现超高灵敏度,采用锚具以及卡箍的设计增强其工程化使用。通过理论分析、有限元模拟以及标定试验证明该传感器的良好性能,建立由于锚具、卡箍产生的应变传递系数为工程测量结果进行修正。最后将该传感器应用于钢绞线的拉伸实验对其工程适用性进行验证。结果表明:由传感器所得拉索应变值与引伸计所测真值吻合程度较高,可证明该传感器在工程测量中的可行性与准确性。Most of FBG sensors are used to monitor the cables that have not been tensioned,and the sensitivity cannot satisfy the requirement of existing cables.In order to solve these problems,an engineered FBG cable force sensors with ultra-high sensitivity is developed.The FBG sensor is encapsulated by GFRP directly,ultrahigh sensitivity can be achieved by changing the structure distribution of the sensor,the using of anchorage and claps can improve sensors'engineering applicability.Theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and calibration test have verified good performance of the sensor.The strain transfer coefficient which caused by anchoring and clamps is established to modify the measurement results.Finally,the engineering applicability of sensors was verified by applying them to tensile test of steel strands.The results show that the strain data from FBG sensors coincide with the true value measured by extensometer,which proves that the sensor is feasibility and accuracy.
