摘　　要：目的:为了确定延胡索鲜品与干品的品质差异。方法:通过HPLC法测定8个产地延胡索鲜品与干品中的6种生物碱和3种核苷含量,利用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行相关性分析与聚类分析。结果:8个产地的延胡索生物碱和核苷含量均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);延胡索干品中的原阿片碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、脱氢紫堇碱含量均大于鲜品,而延胡索鲜品中的延胡索乙素含量大于干品;延胡索干品中尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷含量均大于鲜品。结论:延胡索鲜品与干品中的6种生物碱和3种核苷之间存在一定相关性,延胡索鲜品与干品有效成分含量差异性较大,干品有效成分含量高于鲜品。Objective:To determine the quality differences between fresh and dried products of Corydalis yanhusuo.Methods:The content of 6 kinds of alkaloids and 3 kinds of nucleosides in fresh and dried products of C.yanhusuo from 8 different places of production were determined by HPLC method.SPSS 20.0 software was used for correlation analysis and cluster analysis.Results:The content of alkaloids and nucleosides in C.yanhusuo showed significant differences in 8 places(P<0.05).And the contents of protoopine,coptisine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride,palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride,dehydrocoryidine in dried C.yanhusuo was higher than those in fresh C.yanhusuo,while the content of corydalis in fresh C.yanhusuo was greater than that in dried products.The content of uridine,guanosine and adenosine in dried C.yanhusuo were higher than that in fresh products.Conclusion:There was a certain correlation between 6 alkaloids and 3 nucleosides in fresh and dried C.yanhusuo.There was a great difference in the content of effective components between fresh and dried products of C.yanhusuo,and the content of effective components of dried C.yanhusuo were higher than that in fresh products.
