摘 要:双相障碍是因家族病史、滥用药物等因素诱发的疾病,其具有反复发作、难以根治的特征,因此危害较大。相比于传统药物治疗对患者身心产生的损伤与副作用,光疗具有简单易行且疗效显著等特征。目前光的非视觉效应表明光照尤其是480 nm附近短波蓝光,通过ipRGC刺激5-HT神经元从而影响其神经递质分泌,从而影响前额叶皮层区域中的纹状体和杏仁核,进而影响情绪。本文以前期大量光治疗双相障碍的研究为基础,整理多篇文献所使用的总辐射量、蓝光辐射量、CS值、EML值等光参数,对问卷结果等实验数据综合分析,总结出不同光照特征参量对双相障碍的疗效,并进一步挖掘了短波蓝光在光疗中的有效性,验证了光的非视觉效应对双相障碍的影响。同时本文通过研究CS值、EML值与响应比例、缓解程度间的关系,为光辅助治疗双相障碍的实验设计和临床研究提供了新的思路。Bipolar disorder due to family history,drug abuse and other factors is recurrent and is difficult to be cured.Traditional medicine treatment has physical and mental damage to patients.The effect of psychotherapy varies from person to person.While light therapy is simple and effective.The current non-visual effects of light indicate that light,especially short-wavelength blue light stimulates 5-HT neurons through ipRGC to affect their neurotransmitter secretion,which affects the striatum and amygdala in the prefrontal cortex,which in turn affects mood.Based on a large number of researches on phototherapy for bipolar disorder in the previous period,this article sorts out the total radiation,blue light radiation,CS value,EML value and other optical parameters used in multiple articles.And it comprehensively analyzes the experimental data such as the scale results.It also summarizes the efficacy of different light parameters in lighting on bipolar disorder and verified the effectiveness of short-wavelength blue light in light therapy.Then the non-visual effect of light in bipolar disorder was also verified.At the same time,by studying the relationship between the CS value,EML value and response,degree of remission,this article provides a new idea for the selection of light parameters in the experiment design of bipolar disorder.
