摘 要:在无纸化办公程度不断提高的趋势下,室内办公人员长时间使用电脑办公成为常态,并且长期处于人工照明环境中,由于视疲劳引发一系列生理不适如干眼症等。本文针对这一现状,选取心率(HR)作为生理测试指标,并利用国际标准对数视力表对受试者进行视力测试,探究在不同色温照明环境下,VDT阅读与纸质阅读相比造成的视疲劳程度的差异。结果显示在本研究的实验组中,纸质阅读与6000 K高色温的组合最易引起视疲劳,且女性较男性更易产生视疲劳。Under the increasing trend of paperless office,it has become normal for indoor office workers to use computers and stay in artificial lighting environment for a long time.Due to asthenopia,a series of physiological discomfort is caused,such as xerophthalmia.In view of this situation,Heart Rate(HR)was selected as physiological test index,and visual acuity test was conducted on subjects using international standard logarithmic visual acuity chart to explore the difference in visual fatigue caused by VDT reading compared with paper reading under different color temperature lighting environments.The results showed that in the experimental group of this study,the combination of paper reading and 6000 K color temperature was the most likely to cause asthenopia,and women were more prone to bring the asthenopia than men.
