摘　　要：光景学是旨在创造良好光环境的学科,本文主要阐述天然光环境中的健康作用,为创造良好光环境提供健康方面的理论依据。当前人们对于健康的重视程度日益提升,对于健康的园林环境提出了要求,不仅限于康复花园,健康元素应在园林规划设计中得到普遍应用。天然光环境对于人体的生理、心理健康均有作用,详细认知这些作用可以更好地指导园林设计。在分别论述了天然光与疾病、视力健康、紫外线的作用以及生理节律后,给出了园林设计时考虑光景学中健康元素的设计建议。Lightscape is a discipline aiming at creating a good light environment.This paper mainly explained the health function of daylight environment,and provides a theoretical basis for creating a good light environment.At present,people pay more and more attention to health,and put forward requirements for a healthy landscape environment.The requirements are not restricted to healing gardens,also including health elements to be widely used in landscape planning and design.Daylight environment plays an important role in human physiology and mental health.Detailed understanding of these roles can better guide landscape design.After discussing the functions of daylight and disease,eyesight health,ultraviolet ray and circadian rhythm respectively,the landscape design suggestions of considering healthy aspects in lightscape are given.
