动力辅助旋切刀对比吸脂术治疗男性乳房肥大症的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的评价动力辅助旋切刀治疗男性乳房肥大症(GM)的疗效及安全性。方法收集2005年至2018年本院125例男性乳房肥大患者的临床资料按手术方法分为旋切刀组71例和吸脂组54例。比较两组手术时间、术后并发症、复发情况、患者满意度。结果与吸脂组相比,旋切刀组手术时间短、复发率低、术后满意度高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组并发疤痕增生,血肿,可逆性乳头感觉减退,皮肤擦伤发生率无统计学差异(P> 0.05),两组均未发生感染以及乳头畸形(P> 0.05)。结论动力辅助旋切刀微创,手术时间短,并发症少,切除腺体可靠,复发率低,患者满意度高,推荐作为Simon's Ⅰ~Ⅱ型男性乳房肥大患者首选的手术方式。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of power-assisted rotary Cutter in the treatment of male breast hypertrophy(GM).Methods From 2005 to 2018,the clinical data of 125 male patients with breast hypertrophy in our hospital were collected,according to the operative methods,71 cases were divided into the rotary cutter group and 54 cases into the liposuction group.The operation time,postoperative complications,recurrence and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the liposuction group,the operation time was shorter,the recurrence rate was lower and the postoperative satisfaction was higher in the rotary knife group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of skin abrasion(P>0.05).There was no infection and nipple deformity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Power-assisted rotary cutter has the advantages of minimal invasion,short operation time,less complications,reliable gland resection,low recurrence rate and high patient satisfaction.It is recommended to be the first choice for Simon's I~II type male patients with breast hypertrophy.
