静态进展性牵伸结合关节松动术对全膝关节置换术术后患者膝关节功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析静态进展性牵伸(SPS)联合关节松动术对全膝关节置换术(TKA)术后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法回顾性研究本院2016年10月至2019年10月收治的66例TKA术后关节功能障碍患者,以治疗方案不同分为两组(每组33例),参照组给予关节松动术治疗,实验组给予SPS联合关节松动术治疗,对比两组膝关节功能优良率、内翻角度、最大屈曲角度。结果实验组膝关节功能优良率(93.94%)显著高于参照组(75.76%),差异显著(P <0.05);治疗后,实验组内翻角度显著小于参照组,最大屈曲角度显著大于参照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 TKA术后关节功能障碍患者给予SPS联合关节松动术治疗,可有效减轻患者关节活动障碍,提高膝关节功能,疗效显著,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effects of static progressive traction(SPS)and joint mobilization on knee function after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 66 patients with TKA postoperative joint dysfunction were studied retrospectively from October 2016 to October 2019.The patients were divided into two groups(33 cases in each group)depending on the treatment,the control group was treated with joint mobilization,the experimental group was treated by SPS combined with joint mobilization.The excellent and good rate of knee function,varus angle and maximum flexion angle were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate(93.94%)of knee joint function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.76%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the varus angle in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the maximum flexion angle was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SPS combine with joint mobilization for patients with joint dysfunction after TKA can effectively relieve the patient's joint dysfunction and improve the knee function.The effect is significant and worthy of clinical application.
