家庭式双水平无创通气治疗重叠综合征的疗效观察分析

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭式双水平无创通气治疗重叠综合征临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月本院门诊或住院的重叠综合征患者35例,将患者按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组两组,对治疗组(19例)患者行家庭式双水平无创通气治疗,给予对照组(16例)患者夜间低流量吸氧治疗,探讨两种治疗方法对多导睡眠仪监测、肺功能、血气分析的变化的影响。结果治疗后,治疗组AHI、ODI、PaCO_2等指标显著低于对照组(P <0.05),而PH值、PaO_2、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论家庭式双水平无创通气治疗能有效纠正重叠综合征患者的低氧血症和高碳酸血症,改善睡眠结构及临床症状,消除或减少呼吸暂停,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of family double-level non-invasive ventilation on overlap syndrome.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,35 patients with overlap syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group,patients in the treatment group(19 cases)were given home-style two-level mechanical ventilation,while those in the control group(16 cases)were given low-flow oxygen therapy at night,the effect of two methods of treatment on the changes of polysomnography,lung function and blood gas analysis.Results After treatment,AHI,ODI and PaCO2 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but PH,PaO2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family double-level non-invasive ventilation can effectively correct hypoxemia and hypercapnia in patients with overlap syndrome,improve sleep structure and clinical symptoms,eliminate or reduce apnea,which is worthy of clinical application.
