摘　　要：论述某公司全密度装置生产线性聚乙烯薄膜用树脂(牌号为DFDA-7042)的生产情况、操作条件、质量改进及改进后的市场效益。经实际生产和分析,说明工艺上通过提高原料质量、固化生产操作条件、优化添加剂配方、优化添加剂工艺流程、杜绝过渡料回掺等措施,可有效提高薄膜用树脂产品质量,满足用户要求。This paper discussed the production,operating conditions,quality improvement and market benefit of linear polyethylene film resin(brand DFDA-7042)produced in a full-density plant of a company.According to the actual production and analysis,the technological measures,such as improving the quality of raw materials,following the operating conditions,optimizing the additive formula and the additive technological process,and eliminating the mixing of transitional materials,could effectively improve the product quality of film resin and meet users’requirements.
