摘　　要：针对40×10^4 t/a轻烃回收装置原料量及组成较设计发生变化后,出现加工能力不足和产品质量不合格等问题,对装置塔器、机泵、冷换设备及管道等进行扩能改造。改造后,装置加工负荷提高32.22%,液化气产量提高30.65%;产品石脑油初馏点由改造前40℃提高至60℃,液化气中C2及C2以下组分含量降至≤1%。In regard to the problems such as insufficient processing capacity and unqualified product quality after changing feedstock quantity and composition of the 40×10^4 t/a light hydrocarbon recovery unit compared with the design documents,the expansion and transformation on columns,pumps,heat exchangers and pipelines were carried out.After the transformation,the processing load of the unit was increased by 32.22%,and the output of liquefied gas was increased by 30.65%;the initial boiling point of naphtha was raised from 40℃to 60℃,and the content of C2 and below components in LPG was reduced to less than 1%.
