制氢转化炉下猪尾管再生处理应用探讨

摘　　要：对制氢装置转化炉长期使用后存在问题的猪尾管在真空炉内做固溶再生处理,通过比较处理前后的金相组织和高温与室温条件下抗拉强度,并用扫描电镜观察拉伸断口形貌。得出结论:(1)晶粒度固溶处理前后变化不大;(2)固溶处理后晶内和晶界析出的碳化物明显减少;(3)管壁表面出现深度氧化,固溶处理也无法消除,可能影响猪尾管后期使用。The pigtail tubes which had problems after long period use in the reformer of hydrogen production unit were regenerated by solid solution in the vacuum furnace.Through comparing the microstructure and tensile strength at high temperature and indoor temperature before and after treatment and observing the tensile fracture morphology by scanning electron microscope,the conclusions were as follows:(1)the grain size changed little before and after solution treatment;(2)After solid solution treatment,the carbide precipitates in grain and grain boundary were significantly reduced;(3)Deep oxidation occurred on the surface of the tube wall,and solid solution treatment could not eliminate it,which may affect the later use of pigtail tube.
