摘 要:研究了环氧乙烷银催化剂中银负载量的测定方法,通过化学滴定法对不同颗粒度样品以及分离后的上清液进行测定,标准偏差均小于2%,同时用ICP-OES方法进行了对比,证明了化学滴定法的可靠性。以不同草酸银浸渍液制备催化剂的银负载量为例,考察化学滴定法测定催化剂中银负载量提供参考数据的可行性。This paper studied the determination method of the silver loading content for ethylene oxide silver catalyst,used the chemical titration to determine the samples with different particle sizes and the separated supernatant,and got the result,i.e.the standard deviations were both less than 2%.Meanwhile,the ICP-OES method was also used to prove the reliability of the chemical titration method.Taking the silver loading content of the catalyst prepared by different silver oxalate impregnation solutions as an example,the feasibility of using chemical titration to determine the silver loading content in the catalyst was investigated.
