摘　　要：目的调查异甘草酸镁注射液在肝胆外科围手术期老年患者中的使用情况,对其疗效及安全性进行分析,并对高血压人群的应用安全性进一步观察。方法对2019年6月~2019年12月肝胆外科围手术期使用异甘草酸镁注射液且年龄≥60岁的280例患者进行回顾性分析,并根据患者既往有无高血压情况进行分组分析。结果用药后ALT、AST、TBil均较用药前明显下降(P <0.05),用药后血钾、血钠和用药前差异无统计学意义,且在高血压人群和无高血压人群应用后血钾、血钠差异也无统计学意义。结论异甘草酸镁注射液在老年人中应用安全性较好。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of the magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in elderly patients during perioperative period of hepatobiliarysurgery,and observe the application safety of hypertensive patients.Methods We investigate and analyze 280 elderly patients who were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection from June 2019 to December 2019.Results The ALT、AST and other liver function indexes were significantly lower than those before treatment.There was no significant difference in serum potassium and sodium between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the non-hypertensive group and the hypertensive group.Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in elderly patients during perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgery can significantly reduce the degree of liver injury andimprove the liver function effectivly.The use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection in elderly patients and even people with hypertension is safe.
