摘  要:本文以甘肃省为例,针对省级国土空间基础信息平台建设中业务覆盖不全、数据支撑不全、业务体系不贯通等问题,提出了省级国土空间基础信息平台建设模式及总体架构体系,研究了平台建设中运用的空间大数据处理与分析、矢量快速可视化、空间规则引擎、二三维可视化、软硬件资源一体化管理等关键技术。构建了完整的国土空间数据资源体系,实现了省级国土空间基础信息平台软硬件资源和信息共享、数据和应用服务跨部门高效稳定访问与使用、资源合理调度,充分提高了软硬件资源的利用效率,为国土空间基础信息平台建设提供了技术支撑。In this paper,in response to the problems of incomplete business coverage,incomplete data support,and incompetence of the business system encountered in the construction of the basic land space information platform of Gansu province,the construction model of the provincial basic land space information platform and overall architecture system have been proposed.Researches on key technologies such as spatial big data processing and analysis,vector rapid visualization,spatial rule engine,the 2D and 3D visualization,and integrated management of software and hardware resources have been carried out.This paper constructed a complete land and space data resources system,solved the problem of sharing software and hardware resources and information of provincial-level land and space basic information platforms,realized efficient and stable access and use of cross-departmental data and application services and reasonable resources scheduling,and fully improved software and hardware resource utilization efficiency.It provides technical support for the construction of the basic information platform of land and space.
