摘  要:采用溶液法合成了丙烯酸类混合单体改性氯化聚丙烯(CPP)。正交试验表明,当固定丙烯酸类单体总量与CPP的质量比为0.3,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)用量为CPP质量的3%,3种单体的质量比为m(BA)/m(AA)/m(MMA)=1∶2∶1,反应时间为3 h时,接枝率达到11.7%。红外光谱分析表明,改性CPP在1731.8 cm^-1处出现了新的强吸收峰,此为丙烯酸类混合单体中的酯基和羧基中C=O的伸缩振动吸收峰;差示扫描量热分析表明,改性CPP的玻璃化温度为27℃,比纯CPP提高了5℃。改性CPP在PP板上的附着力为0级。Acrylic acid mixed monomers modified chlorinated polypropylene(CPP)was synthesized with solution polymerization. Orthogonal test showed that the grafting ratio was 11.7% under the following conditions :mass ratio of acrylic monomers to CPP=0.3,mass ratio of benzoyl peroxide to CPP=3%,mass ratio of BA/AA/MMA=1∶2∶1 and reaction time=3.0 h. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy indicated that a new intensive absorption peak appears at 1 731.8 cm-1 in the spectrum of the modified CPP,which is attributed to stretching vibration absorption peak of C=O of the ester group and carboxyl group in acrylic monomers. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis showed that the glass transition temperature of modified CPP was 27 ℃,5 ℃ higher than that of CPP. The adhesion of modified CPP on polypropylene reached grade 0.
