摘  要:基于对水性汽车金属漆配方结构的分析,列举出可能对其循环稳定性(即在汽车涂装现场经循环系统剪切后涂料颜色发生变化)产生影响的因素。针对这些可能的影响因素分别设计验证试验,结合快速可靠的循环稳定性模拟测试方法,最终甄别出真正对其循环稳定性有显著影响的配方变量。在试验验证结果的基础上,对金属漆的配方进行了重新设计,在汽车涂装现场实际应用中显著改善了循环剪切后的变色问题。This research is based on the analysis of the formula structure of waterborne automotive metal paint,and listed out the potential factors that may affect the cycle stability which is used to describe by the phenomenon of color change after the shearing of the paint in paint shop circulation systems.Design verification experiments for these possible influencing factors,combined with fast and reliable cycle stability simulation test methods,and finally identify the formula variables that have a significant effect on the cycle stability.On the basis of the experimental verification results,the formula of the metallic paint was redesigned,and the problem of color change after cyclic shearing was significantly improved in the actual application of the car coating site.
