摘　　要：目的:实证分析广东省公立医院取消药品、医用耗材加成后的经济运营情况,为医疗服务价格的动态调整提供支撑。方法:收集广东省516家公立医院2018年1—6月及2019年1—6月的运营数据,对比分析政策实施前后的变化。结果:广东省公立医院价格补偿基本达到政策预期目标,但补偿水平存在差异;医疗服务价格调整对公立医院收支结构产生了良性影响,公立医院运营能力进一步提升;财政补偿与医疗服务价格政策的统筹协调性不足。结论:提高财政补偿和医疗服务价格改革的统筹协调度;加大对医用耗材的监管力度;加快调整儿童、中医类医疗服务项目价格;理顺不同地区、不同医院的医疗服务项目比价关系;探索建立医疗服务价格动态调整的触发机制。Objective This paper analyzes the economic operation of public hospitals in Guangdong Province after canceling the addition of drugs and medical consumables.Methods The operation data of 516 public hospitals in Guangdong Province were separately collected from January to June in 2018 and 2019,to compare and analyze the changes before and after the implementation of the policy.Results The price compensation of public hospitals in Guangdong Province has basically reached the expected goal of the policy,but there are differences in the level of compensation;the price adjustment of medical services has had a positive impact on the revenue and expenditure structure of public hospitals,and the operation capability of public hospitals has been further improved;the overall coordination between financial compensation and medical service price policies is insufficient.Conclusion Improve the overall coordination of financial compensation and medical service price reform;strengthen the supervision of medical disposable materials;speed up the adjustment of the prices of medical service items for children and TCM;sort out the price comparison relationship of medical service items in different regions and different hospitals;explore the establishment of a trigger mechanism for dynamic price adjustment of medical services.
