摘　　要：近年来,我国的城市职业女性健康状态普遍呈现亚健康状态。为了解决这种情况,本文将城市职业女性按照年龄段进行分类,搜集大量面板数据,通过双重角色冲突、生活方式和个人生理因素三个方面,分析在不同年龄段影响城市职业女性健康因素。找出相同影响健康因素对于城市职业女性健康的不同作用机制,从个人、社会和制度三方面为改善城市职业女性健康状况提出思考。In recent years,the health status of urban professional women in my country has generally shown sub-health status.In order to solve this situation,this paper classifies urban professional women according to age,collects a large amount of panel data,and analyzes the factors that affect the health of urban professional women at different ages through three aspects:dual role conflict,lifestyle and personal physiological factors.To find out the different mechanisms of the same health factors affecting the health of urban professional women,and to think about improving the health status of urban professional women from three aspects:personal,social and institutional.
