摘  要:为了及时发现车辆热轴故障、防止热切轴,保证铁路运输安全,提高运输效率,设计了基于STM32的列车轴温无线监测系统.系统利用热电阻(Pt100)传感器和STM32单片机内置高精度AD转换器实时采集轴温,基于无线射频通信模块(AS01-ML01DP5)实现数据远距离通信,由接收装置显示轴温变化,并进行超限报警.实验测试表明系统工作可靠,测量误差不超过0.5℃,通信距离大约2 km.In order to find out the hot axle fault in time to prevent the hot axle cutting,ensure the safety of railway transportation and improve the transportation efficiency,a wireless monitoring system of train axle temperature based on STM32 is designed.The train axle temperature in the system is collected by the thermal resistance(Pt100)sensor and the high precision AD converter integrated in the STM32,the remote data communication is realized based on radio frequency communication module(AS01-ML01 DP5),and the real-time change of axial temperature is displayed through the receiving device,and exceeding limit alarm alerts if it exceeds.Tests have shown that the system works reliably and the axle temperature measurement error is less than±0.5℃,and the communication distance is about 2 km.
