造纸用双辊挤浆机结构设计及其性能研究

摘　　要：详细介绍了双辊挤浆机各部分结构的设计方案,并对槽体、压榨辊、纵向密封装置以及双辊挤浆机的技术参数进行了详细的说明。最后将所设计的双辊挤浆机应用于造纸生产实践并得出双辊挤浆机的性能检测记录,经实际应用后判定各项各技术指标均符合生产要求。The design scheme of each part of the double roll extruder were introduced in detail,and the technical parameters of the tank body,the press roll,the longitudinal sealing device and the double roll extruder were described in detail.Finally,the designed twin roll extruder was applied to papermaking practice,and the performance test records of the twin roll extruder were obtained.After practical application,it was determined that all technical indexes met the production requirements.
