摘  要:详细介绍了造纸机远程监控系统的设计思路,具体说明了造纸机远程监控系统的整体结构、通信模块以及云端监测平台的设计方案,并将该系统应用于高频摇振器的远程控制中,最后对造纸机远程监控系统的应用效果进行了实操测试。根据实验结果可知,研究所设计的造纸机远程监控系统能够准确获取高频摇振器的运行状态数据。The design idea of paper machine remote monitoring system was introduced in detail,and the overall structure,communication module and cloud monitoring platform design scheme of the paper machine remote monitoring system were specifically described.The system is applied to the remote control of high-frequency shaker.Finally,the application effect of the paper machine remote monitoring system was tested.According to the experimental results,the paper machine remote monitoring system designed in this research can accurately obtain the running state data of high frequency shaker.
