摘　　要：在中间罐存放尺寸不变的情况下,通过扩大中间罐的容量使钢渣充分上浮,改善了铸坯质量;同时扩大中间罐冲击区城尺寸,减弱了钢水对罐壁的冲击力,达到了延长中间罐寿命的目的。The quality of the cast slab is improved through expanding the tundish capacity so as to make slag fully floating up without changing the storage size.At the same time,the size of the tundish impact area is enlarged.Therefore,the impact force effected on the tundish wall from molten steel is weakened.And the service lifetime of the tundish is prolonged.
