摘　　要：针对双蓄热式离线钢包烘烤器频繁出现制动器失灵和零部件高故障率的问题,提出了对双蓄热式离线钢包烘烤器进行改造。改造后大幅延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了设备的故障率和维修率及劳动强度。There are problems frequently occurred in the dual heat accumulating type off-line la-dle baking device,such as brake failure and high components failure rate.A technical modification on the dual heat accumulating type of--line ladle baking device was proposed.After the modification,the service lifetime of the equipment is greatly extended,and the failure rate,maintenance rate and labor in-tensity of the equipment are reduced.
