摘  要:国内大部分转炉的底吹元件寿命在5000炉以下,而转炉的炉龄均在8000炉以上,提高底吹元件寿命成为亟待解决的任务。文章介绍了某冶金材料公司结合某钢厂的实际,开发出“双环缝”底吹元件结构。改进后的底吹元件取得了良好的冶金效果,底吹转炉的寿命从原来的3000炉左右提高到了8000炉以上。The service lifetime of the bottom blowing components of most domestic BOF converters is below 5000 heats,but converter campaign is above 8000 heats.So improving the service lifetime of bottom blowing components has become an urgent task.Combined with the actual situation of a steel plant,a bottom blowing component structure with double ring seam is developed by a metallurgical material company.After the improvement,the bottom blowing components have achieved good metallurgical effects,and the campaign of bottom blowing converter has been increased from about 3000 heats to over 8000 heats.
