摘 要:济南某商业综合体主楼地上25层,裙房地上4层,地下室均为3层,结合周边其他高层建筑基础方案,本项目在基础选型时优先考虑采用桩筏基础方案。经过详细勘察,查明了本场地范围内各岩土层性质和分布规律,提出将主楼基础下落4 m,以碎石为持力层,采用天然地基筏板基础的方案。该方案不仅为建设单位节约了建设成本,同时也避免了桩基施工扰民、泥浆排放及桩头外运等社会环境问题。目前该项目已投入正常使用4年多,实践证明,该方案是可靠的、可行的,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Some commercial complex consists of a 25-storey main building,a 4-storey podium and a 3-storey basement in Jinan.Combined with other surrounding high-rise building foundation schemes,the pile raft foundation scheme will be given priority in the foundation selection of this project.After detailed investigation,the properties and distribution rules of various rock and soil layers within the scope of the site were identified,and a proposal was made to use the raft foundation,droping the main building foundation by 4 meters,and using gravel as the supporting layer.This scheme not only saves the construction cost for the construction unit,but also avoids social and environmental problems such as pile foundation construction disturbing the people,mud discharge and pile head transportation.At present,the project has been used normally for more than four years.Practice has proved that the scheme is reliable and feasible,and can provide reference for similar projects.
