摘　　要：目的探讨过宽重睑修复的有效方法。方法2017年1月至2020年1月,对100例过宽重睑患者行过宽重睑修复术。重新设计重睑线,充分松解皮下瘢痕粘连,分离并形成脂肪筋膜瓣,和睑板一起缝合固定,根据情况可适量去除新重睑线与原重睑线之间的皮肤。结果术后随访6~12个月,患者重睑线自然流畅,双侧基本对称,无多重皱褶、睁眼困难、上睑外翻等症状,患者满意。结论脂肪筋膜瓣可有效修复过宽重睑,术后疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effective treatment method for repairing excessively wide double eyelids.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,100 patients with excessively wide double eyelids were selected for the repair of excessively wide double eyelids.The double eyelid line was redesigned,the subcutaneous scar adhesion was fully released,then the fat fascia flap was separated and formed,and the tarsal plate was sutured and fixed together.The skin between the new double eyelid line and the original double eyelid line was removed appropriately according to the situation.Results The patients were followed up for 3-6 months.The double eyelid lines were natural and smooth with bilateral symmetry,and there were no symptoms such as multiple eyelids,difficulty in eye opening and upper eyelid ectropion.The patients were satisfied with the result.Conclusion The fat fascia flap can effectively repair the excessively wide double eyelids,the postoperative effect is definite,the patient is satisfied,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
