摘  要:外周性面神经缺损仍是临床常见及较难解决的问题,而组织工程化神经导管为修复面神经缺损带来了新的希望。与传统的自体/异体神经移植相比,组织工程化神经导管具备来源广泛、良好的生物相容性、避免二次创伤和减少免疫排斥等优点。组织工程化神经导管可由不同种类的种子细胞、多种生长因子及各式支架材料组合形成。大量体内外实验证实,组织工程化神经导管能够有效促进外周性面神经再生。本文对基于组织工程原理构建的用于修复外周性面神经缺损的神经导管的国内外相关研究报道进行综述,为组织工程化神经导管修复面神经缺损提供理论依据。The peripheral facial nerve defect is still a common and difficult problem in clinic and tissue-engineered nerve conduits bring new way in repair of facial nerve defect.With contrast to traditional autogenous/allogeneic nerve transplantation,the tissue-engineered nerve conduits have several obvious advantages,such as wide sources,good biocompatibility,avoiding secondary trauma and reducing immune rejection.The tissue-engineered nerve conduits may be composed of various combinations by seed cells,growth factors and scaffolds,which could effectively improve the regrowth of peripheral facial nerve defect through massive in vitro and in vivo experiments.In this paper,the research progress of nerve conduits based on the tissue engineering techniques in repair of peripheral facial nerve defect was reviewed,providing theoretical basis for the repair of facial nerve defect with tissue-engineered nerve conduits.
