摘　　要：痤疮是一种常见的皮脂腺慢性炎症性疾病,常常会遗留瘢痕,不仅影响外观,更会给患者的心理造成不良影响。目前,痤疮瘢痕的治疗方法很多,光电治疗因其有效性和安全性而得到广泛应用,同时不断有新的辅助治疗手段出现。本文就萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的光电治疗方法及其优缺点进行综述。Acne is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the sebaceous gland,which often leaves scars. The scars not only affect the appearance,but also cause adverse effects on the patients’ psychology. At present,there are many ways to treat acne scars. Photoelectric therapy is widely used because of its effectiveness and safety. At the same time,new adjuvant therapies appear constantly. In this paper,the photoelectric therapy of atrophic acne scars and its advantages and disadvantages were all reviewed.
