摘  要:针对水轮机转轮的整体制造,伴随3D打印技术的发展,衍生出多种新型制造方式,主要包括整铸成型、堆积成型和直接净成型。对各成型方式的原理进行了研究分析,指出各方案的优势与局限性,并对目前应用情况进行了概述。最后对3D打印技术在转轮整体制造领域的发展进行了总结和展望,对未来水轮机核心部件的制造手段创新与优化具有积极的指导意义。With the development of 3D printing,new manufacturing methods have been developed for the integral manufacturing of turbine runner,including integral casting,stacking and direct net forming.The principle of each method is studied and analyzed,the advantages and limitations of each scheme are pointed out,and the current application situation is being summarized.Finally,the development of 3D printing technology in the field of runner integrated manufacturing is summarized and prospected,which has a positive guiding significance for the innovation and optimization of manufacturing means for the core components of hydraulic turbine in the future.
