摘  要:在高水头水泵水轮机中,在工程领域的观测表明,无叶区的压力脉动现象已经成为最严重的水力不稳定现象之一。压力脉动会引起机组的振动和疲劳失效,甚至引起厂房的振动,极大地影响了电站的安全稳定运行。无叶区的压力脉动主要是由于转轮叶片和导叶的动静干涉作用引发。本文中介绍和讨论了国内外研究人员对这一领域的研究。包括动静干涉的机理,其他导致无叶区压力脉动的原因,无叶区压力脉动导致的结构振动现象的研究,无叶区压力脉动的数值模拟及试验研究,改善无叶区压力脉动的方法等,以作为进一步研究无叶区压力脉动的基础。In high-head pump-turbines,the observation in the engineering field shows that the pressure fluctuations in the vaneless space has become one of the most detrimental hydraulic instability phenomena.The pressure fluctuations will cause the vibration and fatigue failure of the hydraulic components,and even cause the vibration of the workshop,which greatly affects the safe and stable operation of the power station.The pressure fluctuation in the vaneless space is mainly caused by the rotorstator interaction between the runner blade and the guide vane.This paper introduces and discusses the research of domestic and foreign scholars in this field.It includes the mechanism of dynamic and static interference,other causes of pressure fluctuation in vaneless space,research on vibration and resonance phenomenon caused by pressure fluctuation in vaneless space,numerical simulation and experimental research on pressure fluctuation in vaneless area,and methods to reduce pressure fluctuation in vaneless space.As a basis for further study of the pressure fluctuation in vaneless space.
