摘　　要：为持续提升继电保护专业精益化管理水平,不断提高继电保护设备运行可靠性,近年来国调中心组织相关单位进行了继电保护精益化管理评价。作为世界在建最大水力发电站,做好继电保护精益化管理工作,是创建一流电厂的重要保障。白鹤滩水电站高度重视继电保护精益化管理工作,结合近年继电保护精益化管理评价情况,分析继电保护精益化管理的难点和关键,制定有针对性的专项预控方案,开发专用技术跟踪管理网络平台,制定器件选型、施工工艺、标识标牌等标准文件,创新继电保护精益化预控管理流程,全面提高白鹤滩水电站继电保护设备的可靠性和设备管理的精益化水平。In order to continuously improve the level of lean management of relay protection and improve the operation reliability of relay protection equipment,National Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center has organized relevant companies to carry out lean management evaluation of relay protection in recent years.As the world's largest hydropower plant under construction,it is an important guarantee to build a first-class power plant to do a good job in lean management of relay protection.Baihetan Hydropower Plant attaches great importance to the lean management of relay protection,based on the evaluation of lean management of relay protection in recent years,after analyzing the key point of lean management of relay protection,Baihetan Hydropower Plant has done researches to improve the reliability of relay protection equipment and the level of lean management,such as special pre-control programs,corresponding network platform,developing relevant standard documents,innovation of management process.
