摘 要:琅琊山抽水蓄能电站经过10多年运行,2号尾水调压井3、4号闸门槽二期混凝土出现混凝土露筋、蜂窝等问题,门槽一、二期混凝土交接处局部出现缺棱、掉角现象,严重影响电站正常运行。通过放空检查对3、4号闸门槽混凝土进行质量检测、缺陷处理及后检测,后检测结果显示修补后混凝土质量满足设计要求。本文着重从缺陷处理过程中应用的施工方法进行解析,阐述其作用和工艺,为其他水电站处理类似缺陷提供参考借鉴。After more than 10 years of operation,the Langyashan Pumped-storage Power Station has problems such as concrete tendons and honeycombs in the second stage concrete of No.3 and No.4 gate slots of No.2 tailrace surge tank.The phenomenon of falling corners seriously affects the normal operation of the Power Station.The quality inspection,defect treatment and post-detection of the concrete for No.3 and No.4 gate slots were carried out through the emptying inspection.The post-detection results showed that the quality of the concrete after repair met the design requirements.This paper focuses on the analysis of the construction methods applied in the defect processing process,expounds its function and technology,and provides reference for other hydropower stations to deal with similar defects.
