摘　　要：大学生群体是我国创新创业中的生力军,在我国创新创业战略推进中发挥着重要作用,由于创业机会识别能力直接影响到创业成败,为此,文章以国内高校大学生为例对创业机会识别影响因素进行研究,从个人因素和环境因素两方面出发,发现创业者素质、学校相关政策、社会网络等因素对创业机会识别会产生影响,研究结果能为大学生对创业机会识别提供参考,帮助高校为大学生创业提供更好的服务与指导。College students are the new force in China’s innovation and entrepreneurship and play an important role in the promotion of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship strategy. Since the ability to identify entrepreneurship opportunities directly affects the success or failure of entrepreneurship, this paper takes domestic college students as an example to study the influencing factors of entrepreneurial opportunity identification from two aspects of personal factors and environmental factors. it finds that the quality of entrepreneurs, relevant policies and social networks have an impact on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities. The research results can provide reference for college students to identify entrepreneurial opportunities and help universities to provide better service and guidance for college students’ Entrepreneurship.
