摘 要:为提高ZnO纳米材料的光催化性,以乙酸锌和氢氧化钾为原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂,采用超声化学法合成纳米ZnO。研究PVP对纳米ZnO的结构及光催化性能的影响,检测纳米ZnO海胆状结构对亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的降解效果。结果表明:当驱体溶液中无PVP时,所合成产物主要呈现为纳米针所组成的花状结构;当驱体溶液加入适量的PVP时,产物则表现为形貌均一的海胆状纳米结构;在可见光的照射下,海胆状纳米结构对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率高达97%以上。经过5次循环使用后,其降解率仍旧保持在94%以上,表明了产物具有良好的循环性。To improve the photocatalytic performance of ZnO nano-materials,nano ZnO were synthesized via sonochemical method with Zn(AC)2 and KOH as raw materials and PVP as the surfactant,respetively.The effect of PVP on crystal structure and photocatalytic properties of ZnO nanostructure were studied.And the degradation of urchin-like ZnO nanostructure for methylene blue solution was investigated.The results show that the nano ZnO obtained without PVP is nanoflowers composed of nanorods;but the products transformed into the uniform urchin-like nanostructure with appropriate amount of PVP;and the degradation rate of the urchin-like ZnO for MB is up to 97%under the irradiation of visible light.The degradation rate after five cycles of use is 94%,indicating that the nano ZnO with PVP presented good cycle performance.
