摘 要:黏滞阻尼墙在高层住宅中应用较少,以一实际工程为例,进行了多遇地震和罕遇地震作用分析,来说明黏滞阻尼墙在高层住宅中的研究与应用。采用规范法和能量比法计算了阻尼墙的附加阻尼比,设定消能子结构为与阻尼墙相连的剪力墙暗柱及梁,根据性能目标对消能子结构部分进行了加强。分析结果表明,阻尼墙布置方案满足目标阻尼比,减震效果明显,消能子结构可以满足罕遇地震作用下"中度损坏"的性能目标。Viscous fluid walls are rarely used in high-rise residential buildings. Taking an actual project as an example, an analysis of the effects of frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes was carried out to illustrate the research and application of viscous fluid walls in high-rise residential buildings. The additional damping ratio of the viscousfluid wall was calculated by the standard method and the energy-ratio method. The energy dissipation substructure was set as the concealed columns and beams of the shear wall connected with the viscousfluid wall, and the energy dissipation substructure was strengthened according to the performance target. The analysis results show that the viscousfluid wall layout scheme meets the target damping ratio, the damping effect is obvious, and the energy dissipation substructure can meet the performance target of "moderate damage" under rare earthquakes.
