摘  要:采用表面处理可以减缓铝合金的腐蚀,延长服役时间。近年来国内外开发了一种新型的铝合金表面自修复防护膜,这类表面防护膜发生腐蚀时,能够自行修复破损处,恢复原有的防护效果,是一种新型的智能防护涂层。根据作用机理,自修复防护膜可分为自发型和非自发型两类,阐述了不同种类防护膜的自修复原理。在此基础上重点介绍了近年来应用于铝合金表面的自修复防护膜,探讨了目前存在的问题并对其发展趋势进行了展望。Surface treatment can slow down the corrosion of aluminum alloy and prolong the service time.A new type of aluminum alloy surface self-healing protective film has been developed in recent years at home and abroad.This type of protective film would repair the damaged area by itself and restore the original protective effect when the film on the surface of aluminum alloy was corroded,and thus is considered as a new type of intelligent protective coating.According to the mechanism of action,the self-healing protective film can be divided into two sorts:spontaneous and non-spontaneous,and the self-repairing principles of different sorts of protective films are described in this paper.In addition,the applications of self-healing protective film for aluminum alloy are mainly introduced,the existing problems are discussed and the development trend is prospected.
