摘　　要：政府治理的技术条件与政府角色扮演相关联。大数据驱动的政府治理是当前公共治理现代化的主趋势。大数据以其独有的力量,驱动着政府治理创新:推动形成多元共治格局,向伙伴型政府转化;倒逼政府走向整体性治理,向整体型政府转化;提升政府决策的科学性,向精准主动型政府转化;促进政府治理精准化和智能化,向智能型政府转化。Government technology condition is associated with the government role.Big data driven governance is the main trend of the current public administration modernization.Big data,with its unique power,drives the innovation of government governance:promoting the formation of a pluralistic co-governance pattern to transform into a partner government;forcing the government to move towards holistic governance to transform into a holistic government;improving the scientificity of government decision-making to transform into an accurate and active government;and promoting the precision and intelligence of government governance to transform into an intelligent government.
