摘  要:为了建立准确的滚珠丝杠进给系统的动力学模型并对其时变特性进行分析,提出了单独获取法和整体获取法两种基于多目标优化方法获取结合部虚拟材料模型的参数,从而构建精确的结合部虚拟材料模型,并通过实验对此两种参数获取方法进行了验证。结果表明:基于多目标优化方法整体获取全部结合部虚拟材料模型参数的获取方法计算量大,但操作简单且获取参数更为可靠。工作台负载质量对进给系统固有频率虽有影响,但不如螺母位置对进给系统固有频率的影响大。In order to establish an accurate dynamic model of ball screw feed system and analyze its time-varying characteristics,two methods based on multi-objective optimization are proposed to obtain the parameters of the virtual material model of the joint,and the two methods are verified by experiments.The results show that the method based on the multi-objective optimization to obtain the parameters of the virtual material model of the whole joint is computationally expensive,but the operation is simple and the parameters are more reliable.Although the table load quality influences the natural frequency of the feed system,it is not as good as the effect of the nut position on the natural frequency of the feed system.
