摘　　要：本文介绍了目前三种5G射频组件,并关注这些组件在军事通信领域中的应用。通过详细介绍RF MEMS开关、基于物联网的能量收集器、RFSAW滤波器三种组件的内部结构、技术特点以及它们支持增强系统应用的功能,同时根据其技术特点,对5G通信配套组件在未来军事通信领域的应用进行了展望。This paper mainly describes some device technologies currently in development of 5G Analog Devices.The focusing on key areas for future integration with the 5G-ecosystem is given.By examining three distinct device technologies,we can see the advantages that will enhance and enable system implementation.The first is an advanced RF MEMs switch.The second is an Energy Harvester for IoT applications and the third is an RF SAW filter.At the end of this paper,the future application of three 5G components by military communication devices is discussed and predicted.
