摘 要:目的:建立青叶胆类药材的红外指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供参考。方法:收集不同产地青叶胆类药材20批,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪建立红外指纹图谱,采用相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析,以红河弥勒产青叶胆为对照,比较不同产地青叶胆成分的差异。结果:8批对照青叶胆药材共指认出11个共有特征吸收峰,分别为3364.8、2926.2、1611.5、1518.2、1418.8、1324.1、1262.3、1071.2、895.1、839.4、655.1 cm^-1,采用二阶导数、主成分分析和系统聚类分析均能将对照青叶胆药材和其他产地青叶胆类似品区分。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性,可用于青叶胆类药材的快速鉴别。Objective:To establish an infrared fingerprint of Swertia mileensis,and provide a reference for its quality control.Methods:20 batches of Swertia mileensis were collected from different production areas,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to establish their infrared fingerprints,and similarity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were conducted to compare the differences in the composition of Swertia mileensis from the production areas.Results:A total of 11 common characteristic absorption peaks were identified in 8 batches of control Swertia mileensis,which were 3364.8,2926.2,1611.5,1518.2,1418.8,1324.1,1262.3,1071.2,895.1,839.4,655.1 cm^-1.The second derivative,principal component analysis and systematic clustering analysis can all be used to identify Swertia mileensis from similar medicine.Conclusion:This method is precise,has good repeatability and stability,and can be used for rapid identification for Swertia mileensis.
