摘　　要：随着数字智能化社会到来,绿色建筑、复合空间、智慧互联等全新的住宅体系相继出现在人们的视野中,以往住宅设计已经难以满足社会发展需要。文章通过分析当下城市居住人群对住宅环境、空间、家居等方面新的需求,探寻住宅设计未来发展方向,以期为今后的住宅设计提供一定的参考。With the advent of the digital intelligent society,brand-new residential systems such as Green Buildings,composite spaces,and smart interconnections have appeared in people's vision,while old residential designs in the past have failed to meet the development needs of today's society.This article analyzes the current needs of urban residents for residential environment,space,and home furnishings,and explores the future development direction of residential design,which can provide a certain reference to future residential design.
