海外建筑工程墙体裂缝成因分析及预防控制措施

摘　　要：在海外建筑工程施工中,受不良地质及特殊气候影响,部分建筑工程面临地基不均匀沉降、墙体裂缝等问题,给建筑工程企业施工质量控制和竣工验收造成一定影响。本文结合坦桑尼亚基嘎伯里区葛造柔累公务员经济适用房项目,深入研究了该地区墙体裂缝成因,并针对性地提出了墙体裂缝控制措施,以期为海外建筑工程项目施工提供有益的参考。In the construction of overseas construction projects,affected by bad geology and special climate,some construction projects are faced with problems such as uneven foundation settlement and wall cracks,which cause certain influence on the construction quality control and completion acceptance of construction engineering enterprises.In this paper,the causes of wall cracks in Gezao Laolui civil servants'affordable housing project in Kegabeli District of Tanzania are studied in depth,and the control measures of wall cracks are put forward in order to provide useful reference for projects other overseas construction projects.
