摘 要:蠕墨铸铁兼具有高的拉伸强度、弹性模量和疲劳强度等力学性能,优异的综合性能促使其不断在汽车领域获得应用。但同时优异的力学性能严重削弱了其可加工性能,提高蠕墨铸铁的可加工性能成为突破其应用瓶颈的关键技术之一。从提高蠕墨铸铁加工性能角度分析,着力于蠕墨铸铁加工性能的影响因素,综述了蠕墨铸铁加工机理、材料组分和微结构、刀具结构材质涂层和工艺参数对其加工性能的影响,指出了蠕墨铸铁加工存在的问题和不足,并分析了未来的研究方向,包括刀具技术、新型冷却方式等辅助方式的使用、特种加工技术、复合加工的介入等,以进一步提升蠕墨铸铁加工性能,促进蠕墨铸铁的高质高效加工。Compacted graphite iron is continuously used in the automotive field due to its excellent comprehensive properties,including high tensile strength,elastic modulus,fatigue strength and other mechanical properties.However,the excellent mechanical properties seriously weaken its machinability,and improving the machinability of compacted graphite iron has become one of the key technologies to break through its application bottleneck.Focused on the machining issues of compacted graphite iron,the cutting mechanism of the compacted graphite iron,material composition and microstructure,the influence of the coating material and process parameters on its machinability were summarized,the persistent issues during compacted graphite iron machining was pointed out.And the further research directions were analyzed,such as tool technology,new cooling methods,special machining technology,hybrid machining,etc,which helped to further improve the machining performance and promote the high-quality and efficient machining of compacted graphite iron.
