摘　　要：气体检测主要通过原子间共价键的差异,采用朗伯比尔定律进行检测。但对于双原子分子气体的检测,目前尚没有非常成熟的检测方式,检测精度也还有待提高。基于氧化锆传感器,采用热导检测方法,设计一款高精密电化学氧气浓度检测分析仪。该仪器基于嵌入式系统,完成信号采集电路、传感信号放大电路、大气压传感器对比检测电路、氧传感器温度传感器电路和高精度AD转换电路的设计,通过软件算法对信号进行滤波,实现系统的精密检测。该装置不需要参考气体,可在高温、高湿和高氧压的条件下工作,线性误差约为±2%RS,漂移误差小、精度高。Gas detection is mainly based on the difference of covalent bond between atoms,and Lambert Beer′s law is used for detection.But there is no mature detection method for diatomic molecular gas,and the detection accuracy still needs to be improved.Based on zirconia sensor and thermal conductivity detection method,a high-precision electrochemical oxygen concentration detection analyzer was designed.Based on embedded system,the design of signal acquisition circuit,sensing signal amplification circuit,atmospheric pressure sensor contrast detection circuit,oxygen sensor temperature sensor circuit and high-precision AD conversion circuit were completed.The signal is filtered by software algorithm,and the precision detection of the system is realized.The device can work at high temperature,high humidity and high oxygen pressure without reference gas.The linear error is about±2%RS,and the drift error is small and the precision is high.
