摘　　要：起重机滑触线集电器是常见的馈电装置,为保障滑触线集电器的正常使用,提升其使用寿命,需对该装置温升和可靠性及耐磨性进行检验。设置了一套滑触线集电器性能检测装置,该装置通过调速装置调整试验速度,并通过小车的自动往复运行,达到运行20000次并保证运行距离不小于120 km的试验。试验表明,该装置可以有效检测滑触线集电器的各项性能,保证了滑触线集电器能在实际运行时性能符合要求。Crane sliding contact wire collector is a common feed device.In order to ensure the normal use of sliding contact wire collector and improve its service life,it is necessary to test the temperature rise,reliability and wear resistance of the device.A set of performance detection device of sliding contact line collector was set up.the test speed was adjusted through the speed regulating device.Through the automatic reciprocating operation of the trolley,it could run 20000 times and ensured the running distance was not less than 120 km.The test results show that the device can effectively detect the performance of sliding contact wire collector,and ensure that the performance of sliding contact wire collector can meet the requirements in actual operation.
