摘  要:海洋型电动执行机构应用过程中存在外壳腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀、电化学腐蚀等几种腐蚀类型。分析了几种腐蚀类型发生的原因,针对不同腐蚀类型提出相应的处理方案,从原理上分析处理方案的合理性。根据中国船级社标准进行测试,测试结果表明,提出的海洋型电动执行机构防腐蚀处理方案可行,满足船级社标准和海洋环境的使用需求。There are several types of corrosion such as shell corrosion,crevice corrosion and electrochemical corrosion in the application of marine electric actuators.The reasons for the occurrence of several types of corrosion were analyzed,and corresponding treatment plans were proposed for different types of corrosion,and the treatment plans were analyzed in principle reasonableness.According to the standards of China Classification Society,the test results show that the proposed marine electric actuator anti-corrosion treatment plan is feasible and meets the requirements of classification society standards and marine environment.
