摘　　要：为提升耐火砖自动液压机的综合性能和使用成本,分析介绍了研制耐火砖自动液压机的几项关键技术内容,如承受高集中载荷、满足双向加压的主机结构及实时速度同步控制技术;容积式精确填料技术;填料深度及制品高度尺寸自动控制技术;提高模具使用寿命技术;降低模具使用成本技术。通过对这些关键技术的分析介绍,为耐火砖自动液压机的研制和优化设计提供了参考。In order to improve the comprehensive performance and use cost of the refractory brick automatic hydraulic press,several key technical contents for the development of the refractory brick automatic hydraulic press were analyzed and introduced,such as the mainframe structure that bears high concentrated loads,meets the two-way pressure,and real-time speed synchronization control technology;volumetric type precise filling technology;automatic control technology of filling depth and product height;technology to improve mold service life;technology to reduce mold use cost.Through the analysis and introduction of these key technologies,it provides a reference for the development and optimization of the refractory brick automatic hydraulic press.
