摘 要:模板缝制技术是用服装工艺模板缝制服装裁片的先进工艺,是服装标准化生产的重要组成部分。模板缝纫技术的广泛应用,能够有效突破行业发展的瓶颈,实现服装品质和生产效率的双向提升,但是随着科技的飞速发展,服装模板缝纫技术还需要进一步提升智能化水平。未来服装模板技术同工业设计以及FRID射频技术相互结合后,服装企业就能够依据生产计划的服装结构、工艺要求来重新编排生产流水线的工序,在线监控每道服装生产的执行状况和服装产品质量。Template sewing is an advanced technology for sewing garment pieces with garment craft templates,and is an important part of the standardized production of garments.Its wide application can effectively break through the bottleneck of industrial development and achieve a two-way improvement in clothing quality and production efficiency.However,with the rapid development of technology,it needs to be further improved in intelligent production.If clothing template technology is combined with industrial design and FRID radio frequency technology in the future,clothing companies can re-arrange the production line processes according to the clothing structure and process requirements of the production plan,and monitor the execution status of each clothing production process and the quality of clothing products online.
